To return any purchases made for dry goods, within 30 days of delivery date, please send us an email to info@essentialapothecaryshop.com referencing your order number and delivery information with a request to return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning your item(s).

You can expect a refund of the purchase price within 2-4 weeks after the package has been received. We cannot refund shipping costs unless it was a company error (i.e. you received the wrong or damaged item).
